Motivation shall come from inside

MOTIVATION

Internal motivation is the inner gratification, not for success or winning, but for fulfillment that comes from having done it.

It is a feeling of accompliplishment, rather than just achieving a goal.

Internal motivation is lasting, because it comes from within and translates into self-motivation.

Motivation needs to be identified and constantly strengthened to succeed. Write down your goals.

Keep them in front of you and read them morning and evening.

Important internal motivators are recognition and responsibility.

A few steps to motivate others are

Give recognition

Give respect

Make work interesting

Be a good listener

Encourage goal setting

Provide opportunities for growth

Through a challenge

Help, but don’t do for others what they should do for themselves.

Everyone who’s ever taken a shower has an idea. It’s the person who gets out, and does some thing about it who makes a difference.

CHARACTER

Our character can be judged by everything we do or don’t do, like or don’t like.

Our character is revealed by

The kind of company we keep or avoid.

How we treat others, especially our subordinates,

the elderly and disabled.

Our choice of books, music and movies,
