HOW TO APPRECIATE
In order to be effective appreciation must meet certain criteria. They are
It must be specific.
It must be immediate.
It must be sincere.
Don’t qualify praise with a but.
Don’t wait for a receipt after appreciation.
If you are appreciated by some one receive it graciously with a ‘thank you’.
